A multinational company embarked on a significant initiative to upgrade its Oracle Applications from R11i to the latest version, R12.1.3. ACL Digital partnered with this geographically dispersed organization operating in 28 countries to comprehensively migrate their Oracle Apps R11i instance to Oracle EBS R12.1.3 CG1 PRD instance.
Moreover, the project scope included defining the architecture and technical design for the upgrade, project management, and execution, strategizing data migration and synchronization processes, and managing business and IT interactions related to data migration.
