Client was looking for a cloud hosted IOT Platform for Asset monitoring of Solar Estates. A solar estate has large mounted ground with an array of PV (photo voltaic) panels, inverters and switchgear transporting power to the Grid. The Customer wanted an IoT platform to monitor the life cycle states of PV panels, Inverters and switchgear in real time.

 

 

Outcome

 

  • Realization of a secure IoT cloud platform for device management, monitoring and telemetry messages/events processing
  • Enabled subscription based services for tenants (solar estate operators)
  • Creation of a scalable hybrid cloud platform capable of scaling out/in to serve an expanding device fleet and subscriber base
  • Enabled global deployment with high availability
