Roles & Responsibilities:
- Planning and coordinating the selling of engineering services (IoT, Digital Engineering, Device Engineering, Quality Engineering and ASIC Engineering) across verticals in assigned geography.
- Responsible for profit and loss responsibility along with meeting sales targets within the assigned region.
- Establish strong, long-term relationships and referrals with VP and CXO-level executives at targeted firms;
- Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities, including client communication, onsite presentations, proposal creation and submission, negotiation and deal-signing;
- Scale existing accounts using creative mining skills while proactively identifying roadblocks and obstacles to increasing business;
- Create business risk and contingency planning for existing business;
- Analyze consumer needs and develop innovative solutions, as well as leverage technology offerings;
- Use automation tools to track progress and report goals;
- Learn specific industry sectors and future roadmap;
- Facilitate monthly, QBRs, and half-yearly executive reviews;
- Develop and continuously evolve an A/C growth plans and strategies;
- Handle contractual agreements, engagement models, financing/invoicing, sourcing and DSO;
- Conduct revenue forecasting and tracking against targets and goals;
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales funnel.
