Pandemic has shown how quickly the employee experience at work is changing and redefining how we work today. Employees who are no longer physically present in the office still need to feel a sense of belonging to an organizational culture and team that they can no longer meet in person.

Deskless Not Voices: Frontline Barometer1 2021 surveyed the opinions of 7,000 frontline workers and 1,350 C-Suite executives in seven countries, and found that only 55% of frontline workers surveyed believe they are connected to their company headquarters. And  more  respondents (75%) don't fully trust their organization when it comes to transparency in company news and updates.

The Great Resignation is fast approaching and 45% of workers surveyed want to leave the frontline entirely, it is clear that many businesses need to do more to connect the frontline workers to feel part of the workforce. It has the potential to attract and retain the best talent.

In this blog, we want to highlight some of these changes to consider and prioritize the employee experience so that employees are connected

  1. Live Video: With Live Video feature on Workplace - Go live anytime, anywhere. Broadcast all corporate events directly from your phone or laptop and engage your employees wherever they are.
  2. Knowledge Library: The Knowledge Library is where all the major resources are located. Create, store, and share your important files in one place so everyone can access them.
  3. Plugins / Integrations: Workplace integration puts all of your favorite apps and tools in one place.
  4. Safety Center: The Safety Center will continue to provide information in a safe and informative way wherever the community is.
