We have noticed that there are miscreant people pretending as ACL Digital recruiters or individuals from placement agencies recruiting for us. These people have been communicating fraudulent job opportunities and you may be asked to share sensitive personal and financial information.

We would like to bring to your attention that ACL Digital has well systematized employee recruitment process, our interview process involves at least one face-to-face interview either virtually or in-person at one of our office locations. Be aware that fraudulent job opportunities for employment are on the rise and scammers have been reported to post fake job offers to obtain personal information or money from applicants and even to the extent of issuing fabricated job offer letter.

Disclaimer: How to Identify and Avoid Recruitment Fraud

1. All ACL Digital jobs are posted on our careers website https://recruitment.acldigital.com/Default.aspx

2. ACL Digital recruitment team corresponds from email addresses with the domain @acldigital.com. Generic email ID ending with Outlook/Hotmail/Gmail/Yahoo, or any other domains are doubtlessly false job advertisement/offer unconnected to ACL Digital. If a recruiter contacts you, you should always check LinkedIn first. If their profile does not have many connections or has incomplete information, this could be a warning sign.

3. ACL Digital or any recruiting partners representing us will never ask for personal or financial information as part of the recruiting process.

4. No employment offers will be made without a formal interview process, which involves multiple rounds of interviews with several ACL Digital personnels. We will not request an interview on any instant messaging applications.

If you believe you have been a victim of recruitment fraud, contact your local law enforcement agency for assistance.
